Abstract
Plants need sunlight for photosynthesis to provide the wavelengths needed for chlorophyll “a” and chlorophyll “b” and photomorphogenesis. According to the fact that nowadays most of the plants are grown in greenhouses, they need artificial light to grow. A typical light does not have the ability to create photosynthesis in the plant. Therefore, the modular design for creating the light spectrum required for plant photosynthesis is very important. A special growth lamp can be produced for each type of plant by making changes in the wavelengths of the diodes.Each stage of plant growth can also be accelerated by making changes in the wavelength which leads to leaf and stem growth, and flowering, and eventually fruit growth.By using LED grow lights in addition to providing required wavelengths, due to the advantages of LED technology compared to previous generations of lighting, it can be used in modern agriculture and greenhouse applications which reduce energy consumption, increase efficiency, reduce environmental pollution and harmful effects on humans and, consequently, reducing greenhouse gases.Due to the low consumption of systems designed for this issue, solar power plants can be used connected or unconnected to the network.
